Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts


Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts will be the new family-favorite appetizer for the holiday!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts
  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup; set aside.
  3. Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap one slice bacon around each chestnut. Secure bacon with a toothpick. Arrange chestnut wraps in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and drain grease. Pour sauce over chestnuts and bake for 20 to 30 more minutes.
