Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 (6 inch) tortillas
  1. In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, Cheddar cheese and green onions. Toss in chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix until combined. Lay a tortilla out and spread an even layer of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly, wrap with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice tortillas and serve.
