Champagne Squares

Try Champagne Squares for New Year’s Eve this year! Your guests will be impressed with this delicious treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Champagne, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 envelopes gelatin
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • Rainbow sprinkles
Directions
  1. Combine 1 1/4 cups Champagne, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin on top. Let gelatin soften for about two minutes, then heat mixture over low heat. Stir until gelatin has completely dissolved, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1/4 cup Champagne and vodka.
  2. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and chill for 2 hours. Invert squares to a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Slice into squares and dip each square in sprinkles.
