Homemade Pico De Gallo

- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped
- 5 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- Tortilla chips
- Mince garlic and peppers in food processor. Combine mixture with tomatoes, onion, cilantro, salt, lime zest and lime juice in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
