White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are a sweet treat for your upcoming holiday parties.

White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in white chocolate and cranberries.
  3. Drop rounded spoonfuls, about 2 tablespoons of dough, 1 to 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for about 1 minute and remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
