Teriyaki-Style Lamb Shoulder Chops
Now that the weather is nice, it’s time to fire up the grill. Be sure to give these delicious teriyaki lamb chops a try—you won’t be disappointed! Lamb shoulder chops are on sale for only $3.99 a pound.

4 lamb shoulder chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
4 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)

Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, parsley, pepper and sesame seeds; mix thoroughly. Marinate lamb chops in soy sauce mixture in covered dish overnight, turning once or twice.

Cook on outdoor grill about 4 to 5 inches from coal for approximately 10 minutes on each side, or less depending on desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.
